LINE W 450 GEO PINT is a very high performance product that combines excellent waterproofing properties of standard plastic asphalt with high density polyethylene (HDPE) formulated and produced by the Emapi. The membrane incorporates high density polyethylene, in its central core, lower layer. The assembly is protected from overexertion of mechanical traction by a layer of polyester geotextile fabric nonwoven thermo-fixed of high grammage –of remarkable dimensional stability– that guarantees the most demanding requests in folding, traction, flexion and punzonado. To get a exceptional finish on surface, Emacril, acrylic waterproof roof coating could be apply.

SURFACE PREPARATION FOR WATERPROOFING
The surface must be completely dry, stable and homogeneous, as well as free of foreign bodies or puncture-sharpeners and free of oil, grease, loose masonry, hydrocarbons, or other materials that can prevent the perfect adherence of the membrane and affect the durability of it.

The polyester geotextile is a material whose qualities of flexibility, stability and resistance are invariably transferred to the membranes to which it is integrated.
