Our History
Since 1952, EMAPI has always been concerned with developing quality products according to the highest international standards. A continuous improvement process in research, coupled with the incorporation of state of the art technology, enable us to provide innovative products for the construction sector.
EMAPI is a company with more than 72 years of experience in the field of manufacturing waterproofing products.
At present it consists of two industrial plants.
The waterproofing plant is the largest industrial membrane plant in South America. We produce membranes with plastic and modified asphalts; Liquid and solid asphalt waterproofing agents; Adhesives; Sealants and Asphalt paints, among other products. All these products are used in various scales of works in civil, road and hydraulic construction.
As far as the paint and coatings plant, began in 1998 to develop a wide range of products such us; waterproofing paints, acrylic coatings, acrylic paints, alkyd paints, treatments for metals, woods and complementary products.
We are proud to be part of EMAPI, a company in constant growth and innovation.-
