PROPERTIES

EMACOBER GEO AL MAX is a very high-end development that meets the highest requirements for waterproofing and durability. Combining the excellent waterproofing properties of standard plastic asphalts with the mechanical resistance qualities of thermofixed nonwoven polyester geotextiles of high grammage, an excellent performance response is achieved. The assembly is protected from the action of the sun's heat and the incidence of UV radiation on the asphalts, by a flexible aluminum layer, which guarantees the most demanding demands in folding, traction, bending and punching, as well as providing an additional waterproof barrier.

SURFACE PREPARATION FOR WATERPROOFING

The surface must be completely dry, stable and homogeneous, as well as free of foreign bodies or puncture-sharpeners and free of oil, grease, loose masonry, hydrocarbons, or other materials that can prevent the perfect adherence of the membrane and affect the durability of it.

POLYESTER GEOTEXTILE
The polyester geotextile is a material whose qualities of flexibility, dimensional stability and resistance are invariably transferred to the membranes to which it is integrated. Whether as a core or as a self-protecting layer base (on trafficable membranes), the result is a product whose quality standards far exceed the demands of the most adverse climatic conditions.

The product that you are evaluating is especially recommended to be applied on flat or vaulted ceilings, terraces and non-passable roofs, on all types of slopes, whether concrete slabs, metal sheets, fiber cement, etc.
